Yes, people. Goverment loans are better. However, sometimes they don’t cover. I’ve still got a few thousand left that I have to figure out how to pay for after grants, scholarships, an loans. And I’ll have more next year, as one of my scholarships is one-time only. Just because government loans are better, doesn’t mean that private loans aren’t an option.

I also sustain that governmental loans are better. A great thing is that you can ask for forgiveness and under certain circumstances, the government will cancel all or part of your student loans.

My need for scholarship money or work-study Federal or Non-Federal is crucial. Due to Domestic Violence I left my home and all my possessions almost three years ago. Needless to say, I destroyed my credit and have been struggling to end my plight into Homelessness. I would like to know if there are any Loans Private or Government who would take the risk to lend to one with bad credit due to extreme unfortunate circumstances. I also do not want to ask anyone to be a co-signer I want to attain whatever I need to continue my Education on my own accountability and integrity.

All loans should be considered cerefully. Knowing your own ability to repay the loan should be a major factor in such consideration. Each had associated risks involved.
